We can have a computer and projector available for your presentation. I will bring it with me this weekend so you can set it up and practice your presentation while we are in Washington . As for batteries, they are cheap, but many people have rechargers if you have the rechargeable type batteries. That should be easy to do. Make sure your batteries are fully charged before you leave.
